Sign-in guides for casinos are interchangeable: reset the password, clear the cache, try another browser. For this operator that advice misses the failure that actually stops Canadian players, and no amount of resetting fixes it.
Two provinces cannot hold an account at all
Section 2.4 of the terms lists prohibited jurisdictions. Two of them are Canadian: Ontario and New Brunswick.
If you are in either, registration and sign-in will not work, and the reason is the licence rather than your credentials. Ontario runs its own regulated market through iGaming Ontario and the AGCO, and a Tobique-licensed operator is excluded from it by the terms of that licence.
This is the first thing to check because it is the only failure on this page that has no fix. Everything below applies to the eleven provinces and territories where accounts are open.
The other four reasons a login fails
| Symptom | What to check first | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Reset email never arrives | Registered under a different address | Try the other address before opening a new account |
| Credentials rejected on the app but work on web | Old cached session in the installed app | Sign out fully, then sign back in |
| Account exists but is locked | Verification outstanding, or a duplicate account | Contact support rather than re-registering |
| Cannot register at all | Province is Ontario or New Brunswick | No fix — the operator does not accept accounts there |
Never solve a login problem by registering again
One account per person is the condition at licensed operators, and a duplicate is normally closed with its balance forfeited. When an old account is unreachable, recovery through support is the route — a second registration turns a minor problem into a permanent one.
Verify early, not at the withdrawal
Identity verification is required before money leaves the account. That much is standard.
What is worth doing differently is the timing. Verification takes as long as it takes, and doing it with a balance sitting behind it converts a routine check into a wait you are watching. Completing it in the first session, while nothing is pending, removes that entirely.
Have the documents ready in the format the operator asks for. Rejected uploads — a cropped edge, an expired date, a name that does not match the account — are the common reason a check takes days rather than hours.
App and web are the same account
The installed app is the operator’s site running from your home screen. There is no separate app account, no separate password and no separate registration.
That is worth knowing in both directions: a password changed on desktop applies immediately on the phone, and a locked account is locked everywhere. If a sign-in works in a mobile browser but not in the installed app, the problem is a stale session in the app rather than the credentials — sign out fully and back in.
What this page does not claim
No description of a two-factor flow, because the operator does not publish one and inventing the steps would send you looking for a screen that may not exist. No verification processing time, for the same reason. No workaround for the provincial exclusions — there is none, and attempting one would put an account and any balance in it at risk.
18+, or 19 where your province requires it.
