What is not published
This is the part most reviews fill in anyway.
- Withdrawal processing time. No figure appears on the operator’s pages, so any specific number published for this brand was supplied by whoever wrote it. The previous version of this site carried two at once on the same page: “60 min” and “2–6 business days”.
- A maximum withdrawal for deposit-bonus winnings. Section 1.18 covers no-deposit winnings only.
- Encryption specifics. No standard is named. The previous version of this site claimed “128-bit SSL”, which was invented and is obsolete wording besides.
- Game count. No total is published, so any “2,500+ games” figure is an estimate presented as a fact.
A gap is not a fault. It becomes one only when someone fills it with a number and a reader plans around it.
The three findings that would move a score
The provincial exclusions
Ontario and New Brunswick are ruled out by the terms. Ontario alone is about 39% of the country’s population, and it has had its own regulated market through iGaming Ontario and the AGCO since April 2022 — which is precisely why a Tobique-licensed operator cannot serve it.
For a site branded around Canada, this is the single most important fact about the operator. It appeared nowhere on this site before this rewrite.
The bonus arithmetic
x40 on a 1,850 CAD bonus is 74,000 CAD of turnover. Routed through table games at 5% weighting it becomes 1,480,000 CAD. That is the number telling you the weighting rule is not a detail.
Alongside it sits an 8 CAD ceiling on any bet while a bonus is live, extended by section 1.31 to doubling and to bets inside bonus rounds. The interface does not enforce it.
The licence is not provincial
Tobique is a real regulator with a real Act behind it. It is also not the AGCO, and it is not a provincial lottery corporation. For a player who specifically wants provincial regulation, that is a disqualifier, and in Ontario it is the only lawful route anyway.
Who this suits
A reasonable fit if you are outside Ontario and New Brunswick, want a large multi-provider library with Interac and crypto both supported, and will read a bonus’s terms before taking it.
A poor fit if you want a provincially regulated operator, if you plan to clear bonuses through table games, or if a published payout time is something you need before depositing.
